These guys are great. Very responsive, phone picked up by an actual live person. We had a water pipe burst on our attic, and e fed up flooding our upstairs, and worked down to downstairs. Huge damage. We had seen their truck in our neighborhood because one of our neighbors recently used them as well. I had saved a business card of theirs and gave them a call. Very pleased. Despite this stressful situation, they were able to work directly with my insurance company, explained every single step to me and kept me in the loop. My wife and I are very happy, our home is now dry; and safe for our 2 year old. Thanks guys!

I requested a visit from Urgent One, due to moisture coming up thru the concrete and damaging the flooring and causing mold. Sean arrived on time and once he heard that this has happened before, he indicated that before any work by his company I should seek out the fix the root cause of the problem. He provided a lot of helpful advice. I really appreciated that instead of simply doing the job he was there for, he decided to help and advise me on the best path forward. So, even though I have not received an estimate or done any work with this company yet, I feel that they (at least Sean) are honest and helpful. Once I have a path forward, I will call upon them again.

Really happy that I found urgent one restoration, everything was pretty clear before we start the project including the scope of the work, price etc. no other unexpected surprises during the work. This is actually the second time we have asked Urgent One Restoration to help us with water damage/mold problems. The first time was a major rain storm in early Jan. 2022, second time was a leak in pipes in Jan. 2023. Lev's experience across the construction industry helps him a lot in this business because he also can provide advice to homeowners about how to prevent potential damage (if possible of course).
